Hi, I'm Monica 👋 your go-to private yoga instructor for small group classes in and around Puerto Vallarta!

I originally received my teaching certification from Yoga Alliance in 2015, and I've been teaching public and private classes weekly ever since. My specialty is Vinyasa yoga, but I can teach pretty much any style of yoga you prefer.

I was born in Mexico City, but my family moved to Puerto Vallarta when I was a kid, so I'm fluent in both Spanish and English and can instruct in whichever languages works best for you and your group.

Whether your in town on vacation, a bridal shower, or a getaway with the girls; I'd love to provide a private class at your villa, AirBNB, or boutique hotel. We can keep it light and laid-back or if your group is experienced, we can crank up the intensity as high as you'd like to go.

I can provide yoga mats if needed, and I love to finish each session with a sound bowl ceremony if you're into that as well!
